I’ve been training consistently for 5–6 years, and I’ve been through more stages of my fitness journey than I can count. I’ve been overweight, I’ve been skinny, I’ve been scared of eating—trust me, if it exists, I’ve probably lived it.
My journey hasn’t been perfect or linear. It’s had wins, but it’s been carried by far more failures, lessons, and resets along the way. I’m not here to sugar coat it—your fitness journey is a learning curve, and it will never be perfect. You’ll constantly be faced with ups and downs, physically and mentally.
But it doesn’t have to be as difficult or overwhelming as people make it.
